1. Services

End Legacy ("we", "us", "our") provides AI-powered custom software development services. Our standard offering includes:

• A custom software application built to your specifications
• AI-powered development and deployment within 24 hours
• A deployed, running application with login credentials
• Source code ownership included

2. Pricing & Payment

Our pricing is as follows:

• Price: $99 per application (early access pricing; regular price $999)
• Payment: Full payment is collected at checkout via Stripe before your application is built
• What's included: Custom app development, deployment, hosting setup, and login credentials

3. Delivery

After payment, our AI pipeline will build, test, and deploy your application. You will receive an email with your application URL and login credentials, typically within 24 hours of purchase.

Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the specification and system load. We aim to deliver all applications within 24 hours but do not guarantee a specific delivery time.

4. Refunds

If we are unable to deliver a working application that reasonably matches your specification, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery (or 7 days after purchase if no delivery occurs).

• Non-delivery: Full refund if your application is not delivered within 72 hours of purchase
• Quality issues: Full refund if the delivered application does not reasonably match your submitted specification

5. Intellectual Property

Upon delivery, you receive:

• Full ownership of the source code for your application
• Freedom to modify, extend, or transfer the code as you wish
• All associated documentation and credentials

We retain the right to reuse generic components, frameworks, and templates across projects. Your specific business logic, data, and customizations are yours alone.

6. Hosting & Infrastructure

Your application is deployed on cloud infrastructure. Initial hosting setup is included in the $99 price. Ongoing hosting costs (if any) are your responsibility and will depend on your usage and the cloud provider's pricing.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, processes, or data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
